Please note, these services are only available to our customers that are on a managed VPS plan.
All requests for managed services must be submitted through a ticket. Email, phone, and livehelp are not official or supported methods to request service. Please note we will only support cPanel related software on builds set as STABLE or RELEASE. We do not support ANY 3rdparty scripts or plugins including website creation, modification, or troubleshooting.
Below we have outlined what we do and do not cover under this management package. We will endeavor to complete any management requests within 12 hours. Please note, all managed packages are limited to 2 hours of administration time per month.

- Apache / PHP Compiles (cPanel Software Only)
- Updating cPanel
- Firewall Setup & Configuration
- Installation & Configuration of any supported cPanel plugins
