Before submitting a support request please note that all of our VPSs are unmanaged and we will not help with any software or OS related issues, it's not that we do not want to but our VPSs are priced as unmanaged and to continue offering our low prices we need to follow this policy. We will support you if you are completely locked out of the system or your VPS is having networking issues. If you need help with the software on your VPS please check out the resources page.
